Sven Otto Littorin 


Introduction

 

I'm Sven Otto Littorin and I'm an entrepreneur in business and politics and I currently work as an independent advisor, based in the UK and Sweden, where I advise Scandinavian, European and American clients as well as the European Commission on change management, policy reform and related issues. 


I am a regular speaker at international seminars and conferences, arranged by The European Ideas Network, The Bertelsmann Foundation, Henry Jackson Society and others.


Between September 2012 and March 2013 I was a Special Advisor to the First Governor of Skåne (southern part of Sweden) to head up their coordination effort on innovation, jobs and regional development. The backdrop is a consolidation in the mobile telecoms industry which is affecting the region.


In addition, I am a Senior Advisor to Nordic PA, Sweden's premier political affairs agency. I am also an associate consultant with Adam Smith International, the world's leading international advisory firm that works throughout the world to help reform and improve economies and institutions, and a board member of  IIIJ, Menlo Park, CA.
